
New Clients
- Please advice our receptionist if you have not visited us before, so they can allow some extra time for your appointment should it be needed, and they can advice you of directions, parking, and any special offers that may be of interest to you.
- Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to fill out our client questionnaire.
Appointment Times
- All times stated include consultation, changing time before and after your treatment.
Arrival Time - Being on time for your appointment is essential.
- Please arrive ten minuets before your appointment to relax and unwind.
- Clients arriving late will only receive the balance of their appointment time, but charged full price for the treatment booked.
Cancellation Policy
- We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged at 50%. We hope you are understanding in this matter.
Deposits
- Appointments lasting 2 hours or more require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Gift Vouchers
- Must be redeemed within the date stated on the voucher.
- Are not redeemable for cash.
- Please quote Gift Voucher number when making a booking.
- If you fail to show for your appointment you will for-fit 50% of the value of your voucher.
Medical Conditions
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform us before every treatment if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any kind of illness, as we may advice you not to take the treatment booked.
- If you are undergoing any medical treatments please consult your GP or consultant before making an appointment. We will be happy to provide leaflet information of your treatment should you need it.
Babies and Children
- For the health and safety of your children and the courtesy and comfort of other clients we request that you do not bring your children into the salon during your appointment.
Mobile Phones
- For the comfort and consideration of all our clients and therapists please turn off your mobile phone before you enter the salon treatment area.

- We would always welcome client feedback, good or bad. If you have comments or for any reason you were unhappy with our service please do let us know.

- We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express, Cash or Cheques and of course Gift Vouchers.
