AESTHETICS treatments
Our aesthetic treatments are led by a medical practitioner and built around your face, not a template. Every treatment begins with a consultation — an honest conversation about what's bothering you, what will actually help, and what we'd advise against. The goal is never to change how you look. It's to give you back a fresher, more rested version of yourself.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Expression lines form where the face moves most — across the forehead, between the brows, at the outer corners of the eyes. Anti-wrinkle injections soften those lines by relaxing the muscles working underneath them. The result is a face that looks rested rather than frozen, with your expression left intact.
-
A minimally invasive injection relaxes the specific muscles responsible for repeated movement — forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, crow's feet around the eyes, and selected areas of the lower face. Once that movement is softened, the skin above it has a chance to settle and the lines gradually ease. Dosage and placement are mapped to your own anatomy, so the areas that should still move, still move.
-
This treatment suits you if you have noticeable forehead lines, frown lines or crow's feet that bother you, and you'd like them softened without altering the shape of your face.
It isn't suitable if you have an active skin infection at the injection site, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Your practitioner will confirm suitability at consultation before anything goes ahead.
-
The appointment itself is short and most patients return to their day straight after. Results begin to appear within three to seven days, peak at around two weeks, and typically last three to four months. Nothing here is permanent — the effect wears off gradually and you decide whether to repeat it. One, two or three areas can be treated in a single appointment, and treatment is also available for the underarms, neck and jaw muscles.
-
Stay upright for four hours after treatment, and expect small raised bumps at the injection points — these settle within an hour or two.
6–12 hours: Avoid touching the treatment site, avoid applying makeup or skincare to the treated area, and keep the skin clean.
12–24 hours: Avoid alcohol and over-the-counter blood thinners such as aspirin and ibuprofen, which helps prevent unnecessary bruising. Avoid skincare actives such as retinoids and exfoliating acids.
Also avoid exercise, saunas, steam rooms and facials for 24 hours.
Dermal Fillers
Volume loss is one of the earliest and least obvious signs of facial ageing — cheeks flatten, folds deepen, contours soften. Dermal fillers replace what time has taken, using hyaluronic acid gels placed with an understanding of proportion as much as anatomy. The aim is a natural enhancement, never an obviously treated one.
-
Injectable hyaluronic acid gels are placed into targeted areas of the face to restore volume and fullness, fill in wrinkles and redefine facial contours. The approach is a whole-face one: rather than treating a single line in isolation, your practitioner assesses how the face has changed as a whole and replaces volume where it has diminished. Minimally invasive, with results visible as soon as the treatment is finished.
-
It isn't suitable if you have a history of allergy to filler ingredients, or an active skin infection at the injection site. Dermal fillers should not be used if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from neurological disorders. Suitability is confirmed at consultation.
-
Results are immediate, though the filler settles properly over the following fortnight — we'd ask you not to judge the final result on day one. Mild swelling or bruising is common and short-lived. Maintenance treatments are typically needed every six to twelve months, depending on the product used and the area treated.
-
Sleep on your back for the first night, and use a cool compress if there is swelling. Avoid dental work and any energy-based facial treatments for two weeks.
Restylane® Skinboosters™
Some skin doesn't need volume — it needs quality. Restylane® Skinboosters™ are hyaluronic acid injectables that work beneath the surface to hydrate deeply and improve the texture, tone and elasticity of the skin itself. Nothing about the shape of your face changes. The skin simply looks healthier: smoother, brighter, better.
-
A series of micro-injections distributes hyaluronic acid evenly through the skin — not to add volume, but to hold water where it's needed and improve skin health from within. Over a course of treatments this improves hydration, texture, tone and elasticity, and softens the appearance of fine lines, enlarged pores and acne scarring. It can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands.
-
Suitable for all skin types and ages, and particularly well suited to dry, dull or dehydrated skin, fine lines, crepey texture, or mild acne scarring. It's ideal if you want healthier, smoother, more radiant skin without adding volume or altering your facial shape.
It isn't the right treatment if you're seeking significant volume or lifting, or if you have deep wrinkles or severe skin laxity — a filler or collagen stimulator would serve you better. It's also unsuitable over active skin infection or inflammation. Worth knowing before you book: this is a course of treatments, not a one-off.
-
One to three sessions spaced four weeks apart, with a maintenance treatment recommended every six to twelve months. Results build gradually rather than appearing overnight, and are long-lasting — benefits can last up to fifteen months. Small raised bumps at the injection points are expected and settle within a few hours.
-
Let the small bumps at the injection points settle on their own — don't massage them. Keep the skin out of direct sun until any redness has fully settled, and use SPF daily.
Profhilo®
Profhilo® is a bio-remodelling injectable — a slow-release form of hyaluronic acid that spreads beneath the skin rather than staying where it's placed. It hydrates and tightens, improving elasticity and overall skin quality without adding volume or changing your contours. Suitable for the face, neck, décolletage, hands and body.
-
An injectable hyaluronic acid treatment is placed at a small number of precise points, from which it disperses through the tissue. As it does, it hydrates the skin and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, improving elasticity, firmness and overall appearance. Because it spreads rather than sits, it remodels the skin's quality instead of building volume — which is what separates it from a traditional filler.
-
This treatment suits you if you're looking for improved hydration and skin elasticity without the volumising effect of traditional fillers, particularly across areas that are harder to treat well — the neck, décolletage and hands.
It isn't suitable if you have a history of severe allergic reaction to hyaluronic acid or an active skin infection in the treatment area.
-
Two sessions are usually recommended, spaced four weeks apart, with maintenance every six to twelve months. Small raised bumps appear at each injection point and absorb within a few hours. Results develop over the weeks following the second session as the skin remodels — this is a gradual improvement rather than an instant one.
-
Don't massage or apply pressure to the injection points — let the bumps absorb on their own.
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are one of the more interesting recent arrivals in aesthetic medicine — an injectable that works by prompting the skin to repair itself. Rather than filling or freezing, they stimulate the cells responsible for collagen and elastin, improving hydration, texture and the appearance of damaged skin over a short course of treatments.
-
Injected into the treatment area, polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast cells to promote collagen and elastin production. Unlike soft tissue fillers, they are bio-stimulatory and work on a cellular level within the skin to regenerate, repair and rejuvenate. Over the following weeks this improves hydration, texture and overall appearance, and helps with damage such as dark circles, acne scarring and stretch marks. They can also be used to support the scalp in cases of hair loss and shedding.
-
This treatment suits you if you're looking for natural rejuvenation and skin repair rather than volume or muscle relaxation. It's a particularly good option for those experiencing skin ageing or hair loss, including perimenopausal women, and for the delicate skin under the eyes.
It isn't suitable over an active infection, or if you have a known allergy to any component of the formulation.
-
Typically three to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart. Results are gradual and cumulative — the skin looks progressively better hydrated and more even through the course rather than changing dramatically after one visit. Mild swelling or small bumps at the injection points settle within a day. Polynucleotides can also be combined into a layered treatment programme alongside other injectables.
-
Attend each session in the course as planned — the results depend on completing it.
Sculptra®
Sculptra® takes the long view. Rather than filling a hollow, it stimulates your own collagen production so that volume is restored gradually, over months, by your own skin. The result is subtle enough that people notice you look well rather than noticing you've had something done — and it can last for two years or more.
-
Sculptra® is an FDA-approved collagen biostimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which provide immediate volume, it is injected into the deeper layers of the skin and works by stimulating the body's own natural collagen production. Lost facial volume is restored gradually, wrinkles and folds soften, and overall skin quality, firmness and radiance improve as new collagen forms. This is a moderately invasive treatment and is always preceded by a full consultation.
-
Sculptra® suits patients aged 30 and over with facial volume loss and/or skin laxity who are in good general health and are seeking gradual, natural-looking rejuvenation.
It isn't suitable if you have an active infection, a history of keloid scarring, or if you want instant results — this treatment rewards patience. Where facial sagging is significant, a surgical facelift would give a better outcome, and we will tell you so.
-
Results develop over two to four months as collagen is produced. As a guide, at least one vial per decade of age is needed, with sessions spaced around six weeks apart. Realistic expectations matter more with Sculptra® than with any other treatment we offer: you will not leave the first appointment looking different. Once results are established, they are long-lasting and can typically be maintained for up to two years or more.
-
Massage the treated areas exactly as your practitioner directs — this step matters and shouldn't be skipped. Use a cool compress if there is swelling, and let us know if you notice any firm lumps developing in the weeks afterwards.
Also avoid exercise, saunas, steam rooms and excessive sun for 24 hours.

Pre-Care
-
Avoid blood-thinning over-the-counter medications such as aspirin and ibuprofen, unless your GP or specialist has prescribed these for you. Avoid supplements including St John's Wort, Gingko biloba, primrose oil, garlic, ginseng and Vitamin E.
-
Avoid topical products such as retinol, retinoids, glycolic acid, or any “anti-ageing” products. Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated.
-
Do not drink alcohol in the 24 hours before any injectable treatment.
-
If you have previously suffered from facial cold sores, there is a risk that the needle punctures could contribute to another eruption. Please let us know if you are prone, as we may need to give you a course of antiviral tablets in the days leading up to treatment. Do not use dermal fillers if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are allergic to any ingredients, or suffer from neurological disorders. Please tell us if you have any questions about this before your treatment.
Aftercare
-
Avoid touching the treatment site(s), avoid applying makeup or skincare to the treated area(s), and keep the skin clean.
-
Avoid drinking alcohol or taking over-the-counter blood thinners such as aspirin and ibuprofen, to help prevent unnecessary bruising. After injectable treatment, avoid using actives in your skincare such as retinoids and exfoliating acids.
-
After peels and microneedling, do not apply makeup or use skin actives such as retinoids and exfoliating acids. Some deeper treatments require you to abstain from these for longer than 48 hours, so please check with your treating practitioner.
